From the Hartwells
Letting someone into your house to work on the pipes takes trust. Here is how we try to earn it.
We give you a two-hour arrival window and call when we are on the way. Before any work starts, we look at the job and write the price down. You sign it, then we pick up a wrench. If we find something we did not expect, we stop and show you.
We wear shoe covers, lay down drop cloths and take the old parts with us. You should not have to clean up after your plumber.
