What we collect

• Public business details (business name, trade, town and the phone number it lists publicly) from public license records, to build sample websites.
• What you send us in our forms: your name, phone, email, business details, the best time to call, and anything you write.
• Rep applications: name, contact details, state, PayPal email and your answers.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, phone and business name, but never your card number.

How we use it

To build and show your sample site, call you back when you ask, deliver the site you buy, pay our reps, and keep records the law requires. We don't sell or rent anyone's information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

Our service providers (Cloudflare for hosting and email, Stripe for payments, PayPal for paying reps) and, for a business we've assigned, the one sales rep working with it. Reps agree in writing to keep it confidential.

Sample sites

Each sample is marked as a sample built by Handover Sites, is hidden from search engines, is shown only to that business, and comes down after 30 days or as soon as you ask.

Your choices

Email hello@handoversites.com to have your sample removed, to stop calls or emails, or to see or delete what we hold about you. We act within one business day. Do-not-contact requests are kept on file, as the law requires, so we never contact you again.
