Terms and refunds

What you buy
A finished website for your business for $1,500, paid once. There is no monthly fee. We host the site, and we also give you a copy of its files, so you can move it whenever you like.
Sample sites
Samples are built from public business details before we contact you. A sample is not live, is not affiliated with or endorsed by your business until you buy it, and comes down after 30 days or as soon as you ask.
Delivery
Your site goes live within one business day after payment on an address we give you, or on your own web address if you connect one. Changes you send in the after-payment form are made at the same time.
Changes
Changes are free for 14 days after your site goes live. After that, each change is $95, quoted before we do it.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Email hello@handoversites.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund, no questions asked. We take the site down when we refund it.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Our sales reps never take card numbers or payments; you always pay through our secure payment link.
Your content
You confirm the details on your site are accurate and that you have the right to any logos or photos you send us. You can ask us to change or remove anything at any time.
Limits
We aim to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never be down. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
