How it works

Three steps. You sell our service under our name, and you never build a list or handle money.

  1. 1 Our move

    We build the sites and give you the leads

    You get a batch of 25 businesses. Each one has the owner's name, a phone number and a link to the site we already built for them.

  2. 2 Your move

    You call and show the preview

    Run the call your way; a sample talk track is there if you want it. If the owner wants the link, type their email into your sheet and we send it from our address.

  3. 3 Their move, then ours

    The owner pays us. We pay you.

    The owner pays through our payment link and we hand the site over. Your $500 is paid after the owner's payment has reached us and the 7-day refund window has closed.

Pay

Contractor terms

  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee.
  • You choose your own days and hours. No quotas.
  • You use your own phone.
  • You send a W-9 before your first payment.
  • Either side can end it at any time by email.
  • Commissions on sales already paid for are still paid out.

Legal requirements

These come from telemarketing and consumer-protection law and from the product's terms. Breaking one ends the agreement.

Required opening
Within 30 seconds: your name, Handover Sites, that it's a sales call for a $1,500 website, that the call isn't recorded, and an offer to add them to our do-not-call list.
Dial by hand
Live calls only, 9am to 8pm in the business's time zone. No autodialers, recorded messages or texts.
Describe the offer accurately
$1,500 once, no monthly fee, 7-day refund. Only Handover Sites sets the price. No invented deadlines, and never suggest any connection to their license or a government agency.
Promise only what we deliver
No claims about Google ranking, leads, calls or revenue.
Never take money
No cash, checks or card numbers. The owner pays through our payment link.
Stop when asked
Mark the lead Do Not Call and never contact it again. Skip any number marked as on the national registry.

Is this really commission only?

Yes. You earn $500 for each sale and nothing else. There is no base pay, hourly pay or draw.

How much can I earn?

$500 per sale. We don't promise a number of sales, and we are too new to quote an average.

Do I sell under my own business name?

No. You sell Handover Sites, under the Handover Sites name, at our price. The customer is ours, and we build, deliver and support the site.

Do I have to find my own leads?

No. We send you 25 businesses at a time, each with a preview site already built. If you know an owner who needs a site, tell us the business and we build a preview for it. If it buys, the commission is yours.

Do I pay for anything?

No. We never charge reps for leads, training, software or anything else. You use your own phone.

Is there an interview?

No. You apply in writing. If it's a fit, you accept a one-page agreement by email and get your first 25 leads.

How do I get more leads?

Ask any time. Batches go out as leads are available, and there is no limit. You can also bring businesses you find yourself, and we build previews for them.

Where do I have to live?

For now we work with representatives living in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Arizona, Utah, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Virginia and New York. Our first leads are businesses in New York and New Jersey.

When am I paid?

On the 1st and 15th by PayPal, for every sale where we have been paid and the 7-day refund window has closed. You send a W-9 before your first payment.
